*Designed Li-ion battery charger for fast charging with automated CC-CV loop logic using STM32 micro-controller; developed firmware for current/voltage sensing, protection logic, relay, and contactor control.

*Developed hardware power stage: 12V input stepped down to 5V using TI buck converter, followed by 3.3V LDO; performed complete schematic design, PCB layout, and validation.

*Executed schematic design and PCB layout for voltage surge protection circuits and isolated DC-DC converter modules.
