At Smart Hiring India, we aim to provide high-quality CV access and recruitment solutions. Since our services involve digital access to candidate databases, our refund policy is structured to be fair and transparent.
1. Nature of Services
Smart Hiring India offers:
- Paid CV access packages
- Top-up credits for additional usage
All services are digital, non-tangible, and instantly accessible upon purchase.
2. No Refund After Access is Utilized
Once any of the following actions occur, refunds will not be applicable:
- CV database access has been activated
- CVs have been viewed, downloaded, or unlocked
- Credits from a package or top-up have been used
3. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be considered only under these conditions:
- Duplicate payment made due to technical error
- Payment deducted but service not activated
- Technical failure from our side preventing access to services
All refund requests must be raised within 3 days of the transaction.
4. Refund Approval Process
- All requests are reviewed by our support team
- Smart Hiring India reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on usage logs and system records
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of usage or partial usage of the package
- Failure to find suitable candidates
- Account inactivity
7. Cancellation Policy
- Users may choose not to renew or repurchase packages
- No cancellation refunds are applicable once a package is activated

Smart Hiring India reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page.
10. GST & Taxation
- All prices listed on Smart Hiring India are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Applicable GST will be charged at the time of checkout as per prevailing Indian tax laws.
- By purchasing our services, you agree to pay all applicable taxes, duties, and levies mandated under Indian law.
11. GST Invoicing
- A GST-compliant invoice will be issued for every successful transaction.
- The invoice will be shared via registered email ID and/or made available in the user dashboard (if applicable).
- Users must ensure that accurate billing details, including GSTIN (if applicable), are provided at the time of purchase
12. GST Input Credit (ITC)
- Businesses providing a valid GSTIN at the time of purchase may be eligible to claim Input Tax Credit (ITC) subject to:
- Correct GSTIN submission during checkout
- Compliance with applicable GST laws and filing requirements
- Smart Hiring India will not be responsible for denial of ITC due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the user.
13. Invoice Corrections
- Requests for invoice modification (such as adding or correcting GSTIN) must be raised within 48 hours of purchase.
- Post this period, invoice changes may not be possible due to GST compliance regulations.
14. Refunds & GST Treatment
- In case of approved refunds:
- The refund amount will include the GST component originally charged.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- If an invoice has already been issued, a credit note will be generated as per GST rules.
15. Reverse Charge & Compliance
- Smart Hiring India operates under standard GST provisions and does not fall under Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) for its services unless specified otherwise.
- Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with their own tax obligations under applicable laws.
16. Place of Supply (GST)
- The Place of Supply for services provided by Smart Hiring India shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax (IGST) Act, 2017.
- For registered business users (B2B transactions):
The Place of Supply shall be the location of the recipient, based on the GSTIN provided at the time of purchase. - For unregistered users (B2C transactions):
The Place of Supply shall be the location of the customer as per billing details or the location recorded at the time of transaction. - In case of incorrect or incomplete address/GST details provided by the user, Smart Hiring India shall not be held responsible for any incorrect tax treatment or compliance issues arising thereafter.
17. Jurisdiction
- This Refund Policy and all transactions conducted on smarthiringindia.com shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
